We strive to answer all requests on a first come, first serve basis and we are currently processing requests at an average turnaround time of four to six weeks. We can only accept permissions requests placed through the online form or sent via mail. We cannot accept requests submitted by phone or fax.

Please note that frequent follow-up queries and incomplete submissions will delay the processing of your request. Please ensure that all information is included when the request is submitted.

How do I get permission to use one of your books in an academic course?

For use of our books in academic courses or coursepacks please contact Copyright Clearance Center, www.copyright.com.
