Self-taught home cook Xavier Bramble is a Nottingham Trent University psychology graduate who set up a savvy student-run takeaway service from his halls of residence that set the things in motion for his subsequent explosion on social media and viral video series “stews from around the world.” A contestant on the BBC’s Young MasterChef in 2023, his brand partnerships to date include Coca Cola, Sainsbury’s, Buzzfeed, Itsu, Just Eat, and BBC Food.
